Everett D. Maroon
Chair<\/strong>
Everett has been the Chairperson of the 16th LD Democrats since December of 2019. Everett Maroon is a nonprofit leader, community activist, and author. He attended Syracuse University as an undergraduate and graduate student. He has more than 25 years’ experience as an analyst and project manager for federal organizations including the National Science Foundation, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Education, and Social Security Administration. Everett has a long history of outspoken activism on LGBTQ civil rights issues, and is a former member of ACT-UP, the Lesbian Avengers, the DC Trans Coalition, and a current member of the Stonewall Democrats. He is very grateful to be serve as the Chair of the 16th LD and is happy to receive constituent feedback and ideas at evmaroon@hotmail.com<\/a>.<\/div>\n

Carly Coburn <\/strong><\/div>\n
1st Vice Chair<\/strong><\/div>\n
Carly Coburn is from Eastern Washington and serves as First Vice Chair on both the Franklin County Democrats and the 16th LD Democrats executive boards. They serve as a State Committee Member for the Franklin County Democrats, and is the First Vice Chair of the Disability Issues Caucus and Eastern WA Vice Chair of the Stonewall Caucus.<\/div>\n

2nd Vice Chair <\/strong><\/div>\n
Jess has served in multiple leadership positions within the 16th Legislative District Democratic Party over the last four years. She first served as a vice Chair of our organization and then guided our party through the 2018 midterm elections as its Chair. A bold and thoughtful leader, Jess brings with her a bold vision centered on inclusion and the experience to make it happen!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Danielle Garbe-Reser State Committee Member Position 1<\/strong> Danielle earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from Whitman College in 1997 and a master\u2019s degree from Columbia University in 2001. Her career experience includes working as the CEO of Sherwood Trust from 2015 to 2020. She also worked as a U.S. diplomat for 13 years, with assignments in Jakarta, Indonesia, Beirut, Lebanon, and Washington D.C. Her volunteer experience includes serving as the Vice Chair of the President\u2019s Advisory Committee for Whitman College. In 2020 she served as our candidate for 16th Legislative District State Senate, earning more votes than any other Democratic candidate seeking the 16th LD State Senate seat since 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brian Dohe State Committee Member Position 2<\/strong> A former Chair of the Walla Walla County Democratic Party, Brian has served as one of our state committee members since 2019. In addition to a wealth of leadership experience, Brian also brings an in-depth knowledge of fundraising with him to our organization.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Jeffrey A. Robinson Secretary<\/strong> Jeffrey\u2019s preferred pronouns are he\/him\/his. In addition to being an out and proud Gay man living with Autism, Jeffrey is also a committed person of faith. Jeffrey grew up in Pasco Washington and graduated from Pasco Senior High School in 2006. He then graduated from Western Washington University in 2010 with a bachelor\u2019s degree focusing on Law, Diversity, and Justice, with an emphasis on American Politics and LGBTQ studies.
